It is relatively easy to find a room in a hotel or pension in Germany, even in small towns or large villages. The range of prices for a night's accommodation is wide, depending on the standard of services offered and the location of the establishment. Throughout Germany, beer is undoubtedly the most popular drink, and each region has its own beer brewing traditions. Shopping
Germans are renowned for reliability and hard work, and manufactured goods produced here are of excellent quality. At the same time, the tradition of handicrafts and various types of folk art continue in different parts of the country. For elegantly produced, well designed items, visitors should try one of the vast shopping centers that are to be found in every large city. However, visiting a market a an ideal opportunity to purchase a souvenir that is a regional specialty.
